I can't sleep a lot of the time does anyone have any ways that go to sleep that they could share with me?

I work nights and every weekend I modify my schedule to be with my family. I use melatonin to help me get to sleep when I need to. It is not a medication but a naturally occurring hormone we all produce. You cannot get addicted to it. It helps me sleep well and helps me wake without problems.

you really work at night? have you even think of that one day we never have to work at night anymore? it is not good for people's health if we have to work at night and if we can stay with our family normally.

we shouldn't think that everything is all right in our society and we are physicially or mentally weak if we can't adopt ourselves to all these.

I drive an 18 wheeler at night... it is actually the best time since most people dont know how to drive properly anymore. Their are fewer people on the roads making it safer for me to do my job.

I think everything can be replaced by another way if our society really want to start to change.

Ake a shower and right after the shower drink milk work great i sleep like a baby :)

Zzzquil but don't get used to taking it but that's a last resort first try focusing on your breathing or not using electronics before bed relax exercise so you will become tired or take a bath to relax and make you tired or have your mom sing you to sleep if everything fails ask you doctor to see whats bothering you

Take some medicine to help yourself to fall asleep at night, and this is only the first step. Then I think you have to find out why you have difficulties to fall asleep, what's difficulties in your life, and try to solved them one by one.

If you think it is not possible to solved the problem, it is only because that you still haven't really think through, it could be a long way but you have to be able to really find the way in your life.

From my opinion, the relationship between people has gone wrong, and I hope you could find something helpful for you from the other questions I have asked here.

I have troubles sleeping at night, and I'll stay up all night, like now for instance. I usually get some really comfy pillows, a nice worm blanket, and lay down in front of the tv. Warm milk actually helps me calm down :). Hope this helped!

I use like melatonin or some other sleeping pills and it knocks u out

Listen to soft sounds, (beach, rain.. etc) Close your eyes, and just relax !

Melatonin. Makes you groggy within half hour and no problem getting up tested when you want.

there's a lot you could try. if you want to stay away from sleep aids you could try reading a book before bed. taking a hot bath. putting on some soft relaxing music. or you could try some melatonin. Your body makes melatonin, Zzquil, benadryl, or even get a prescription from your doc for ambien or some other sleeping med.

some times drinking warm milk helps it helps my grandma sleep
