How can I stop my cramps
I'm at school and my stomachs really hurts. Stat are some natural ways to stop that
Try and stretch in your seat move a little bit, drink some water and eat bananas. Potassium reduces cramps.
Eat something/ drink some water/ go to the nurse and see whats wrong
Drink plenty of water, avoid caffeine and heavy foods, and move around and stretch between every class. Your school nurse also probably has Midol if you decide you want a pain killer.
Ginger root is good, hemp is also good for cramps if you eat it, but probably not a great idea for studying.
I dont know how to do it while in class, but light exercise through out the day helps it. So if your cramping, dont skip gym, but if its really bad go to the nurse and they should give you some Advil, ibuprofen, or Tylenol.
I often found a heating pad helped a lot.
