If "1" is the first , where from it come? and "0" =?. so what i have to say" Hello "0". where are you?

The question is based on the false premise that One is the first position in a numerical system; When in reality zero is the first number. Also the number zero should not be confused with the letter O, which is also different then the word oh. which is further different than the word hello.

It's a correct answer to a hard-to-translate question. I didn't catch what the questioner was really asking until I read your answer!

The first digit is 0. But I think the asker knows this and is trying to make a point. What the point might be I have no idea. But I think he is trying to make some point in this.

If you are talking with math geeks or software geeks, they're perfectly comfortable talking about the 0th item, the 1st item, etc. It's not a problem.

0 with a slash thru it to avoid confusing it with the letter o . Is the first number. Just as you put a slash thru the number 7 to avoid confusing it with the number 1 .
