i just got my prom dress and i tried it on and its perfect. but..

underneath all the net on top, is silk underneath it looks like and it seems like there's static and makes the next kinda cling onto the silky part. would getting it dry cleaned fix that? I'm kind of nervous about getting it dry cleaned because there's alot of rhinestones and i don't want them to fall off or anything. is there any other ways to get rid of the static?

You could try spraying the inside of the dress with static guard...lightly

There's an aerosol type thing called Magic Static Remover at Linens n Things that you just spray on. It doesn't harm the fabric. If you don't have a Linens n Things, you can probably get it at Target or somewhere like that

DukeCityMuscle

Gently rub it with an unscented fabric softener sheet.
