Run squats push ups and no junk food
Probably dietary supplements, keeping track of the calories in your meals, eating more fruits and vegetable as snacks, and some daily exercise I guess.

I am 71 years old and I lost 60 pounds with Herbalife. You do still have to watch what you eat for dinner but it worked well for me and I feel good and have not been hungry.
Running, exercise, going 2 weight watchers (a place, not sure if works, I saw it on a commercial.) and etc.
