Reduce daily caloric intake and no carbohydrates after 12pm. Eat plenty of green fibrous veggies, they boast antioxidants and the fiber helps burn fat. Lean protein sources like tuna, tilapia, turkey and chicken. Nothing fried and no sodas/alcohol or juices! Stay away from bananas. When trying to shed fat i only eat strawberries, blueberries and oranges because of almost zero impact on insulin levels due to being a low glycemic carb.A detox and flush will help as long as you drink more than enough purified water daily too.
Mix Epsom salt, green rubbing alcohol in a really hot bath. Soak in for as long as you can. This will get absorbed in your skin so even when you're done you'll continue sweating you'll lose more than 10 lbs. It's a weight cutting technique we use at our gym. It's mainly water weight but at least you lose 10 lbs.
