how do you cleanse your body/blood of toxins?

Get the book, "Clear Body, Clear Mind" There is a very good way to get rid of the toxins in your body. If you feel like you are walking with your head in the clouds or don't have the energy you have when you were young, you need to do this. This methid is used in many rehab centres to help the body rid itself of the toxins.

sweat and sweat a lot.. stay hydrated and sweat until you feel you can't handle It anymore best way I know of is to put on all the clothes you have an work out or play

Wtih this I would add take Niacin and a proper balance of other vitamins. Go to a sauna and sweat it out. The niacin is a vitamin that dislodge the toxin residues in your fatty tissues. You have to then sweat it out. By increasing gradually the amount of niacin intake, while keeping a proper balance of other vitamins, you will have rid yourself of all toxins in your body -- for good. As written earlier, the whole program is given int he book Clear Body, Clear mind.

Start with a Liver Cleanse. This will mainly eliminate toxins in the blood from the liver which is where the toxins and impurities go.

There is a supplement called niacin, it is used for just that purpose.it can be found @ any herbal or drug store

Epsom salt in a hot bath (i could be wrong google search it)

Hi lovepink, you are right about that. You can soak for about 45 min in a hot bath with Epsom Salts and Baking Soda to help remove the Toxins that come out thru your pores in the skin.;)
