Is their is any mobile having the auto off option,so that FM radio in the mobile gets off automatically?

I don't think there is a mobile with an auto off option,so that FM radio in the mobile gets off automatically. However, there is an Auto On/Off application for Windows Mobile Professional that is used to turn cellular and Wi-Fi radios on and off at a preset time. Transmitters like the Belkin TuneCast also have such features.

No there isnt any autooff option in mobile.
