I like to lay tin foil over baking sheet. Place top of ribs down and cover ribs with foil cook on 325 for 45 minutes take out BBQ sauce flip over more BBQ sauce then cook for another 45 minutes or you can cook at 225 an hour per pound
use favorite dry rub on ribs. Then wrap in plastic wrap. Then wrap in foil. Let the ribs marinate for atleast 2 hours. Longer the better. Once marinated, set oven to 275. Put wrapped ribs on baking sheet. Cook for about 1:45-2 hours.(this is for 2 racks of ribs). dont worry about the plastic wrap. It will not melt, but it shrinks around the ribs and keeps them super moist. once done brown ribs on bbq grill. once browned, baste with bbq sauce and let sauce caramelize on ribs. ENJOY!!!
