How can I stop being so hungry all the time?
I am trying 2 lose weight and i am finding that drinking water and eat a handful of almonds peanuts or any kind of nuts really and it will keep u full during the day.
Eat some more.
Drink a glass of water before each meal
Eat dry fruits :)
Ear small meals regularly Its called grazing or more politely noshing
Try to not eat for a while, then eat a lot. You will feel bloated for about 4-6 mins, but then you feel fine
you can't stop being hunger
