Well each person is different. I'd suggest you start with 5 small meals consisting of protein, greens (salad mix maybe), complex carbo (brown rice, red or gold potatoes), Watch your weight and adjust each meal up or down. But.... be sure and do some sort of exercise each day, mornings are best before you eat.

Depends how active you are in a day, ur age, ur currant weight, and what you eat, u can eat 1000 calories but most of it is fat, if u want to lose weight watch out for 3 things, 1- fat. 2- sugar 3- carbs
Just look for anything that doesn't have much of these 3
I remember when my Nutrition teacher used to tell me eating 1,000 calories a day keeps you fit. I've never known the truth cuz I don't gain any weight except for when I'm growing up and such. Exercising is also a good key to losing some lbs. Biking, basketball, swimming, etc.
I haven't really been exercising, but 1200 to 2000 calories is the max. It would help If I knew what you weigh, but fiber is important,as is protein, not very much carbs, but some like a cup of high fiber cereal with skim milk is a good way to start the day, and watch the sodium content in any boxed weight loss meals, and def don't add salt to anything, and you must drink 64 oz of water every day , very important! Good Luck, and You Can DO IT!
