As bland as possible. Clear broth, Noodle soup, dry toast, saltine crackers, sprite/seven up or similar, plenty of water, GINGER ALE (use a brand with real ginger because its great for upset stomach) - start with the broth. If that stays down nibble dry toast and/or crackers. If THAT stays down try the noodle soup. I also mix sprite or ginger ale with a sport drink to replace electrolytes once my stomach settles enough.
