something very hydrating. maybe some watermelon, heck after running track you might as well get a burger after burning off so many calories from running just try and eat something to give back to your body what it used to help energize you to run
Chocolate milk does it's magic! if you do drink/eat anything after running, be sure that it's within 15 to 30 minutes of running. Then i will normally eat Green Vegetables like banana. You can also eat a granola bar, or cereal, or oranges.
