Exercise good, eat healthy, and socialize. I hear laughing helps one of the factors of losing weight.
Cut back on your calorie intake and increase your exercise amount.
A balanced diet in accordance to your body, proper fitness and exercise techniques, a good schedule to exercise, and last (but not least) dedication.
Drink a lot of milk!!! It works, promise!!! It is a fact that milk cleans your system and can litterally pull fat through your body. Trust me, I tried it and that was the best thing that worked for me
tread mill and dancing is great
Count calories, avoid sugar, fat, and carbs, and exercise like swimming, walking, cycling
