What is the minimum amount of calories you should be eating a day?

1200-1500 if you wanna lose weight. 2000-2200 for "normal" calorie intake.

As much as yOu can burn...2000-2500 is for an average body...but if you are hard on workouts, your metabolism would be able strong enough to take 3000-4000 easily...peace

2000 per day might be the most perfect intake to help keeping a healthy condition. :)

2000 for a normal healthy person. 360 a day if you want to loose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. or if you just want to loose 2 or 3 a week or so than about 1000 to 1500 calories a day.

360 calories in a really dangerous amount to take in. That will put your body into starvation mode, meaning that the first thing that you eat after sending your body into it is stored as fat. Really bad for someone trying to lose weight.

That would depend on your basal metabolic rate. Basically, that's the amount if calories your body burns just to 'run' it. But 500 calories is a dangerous amount to eat, so to maintain your weight, you should eat as many calories as you burn. If you eat, say, 500 calories a day, this puts your body into starvation mode, which causes the first thing you eat after entering it to be stored immediately as fat, which isn't good if you are trying to lose weight. 1200 for girls, 1500 for boys. If you're active, you need extra calories
