Dog problems please help

I have two dogs named brownie and Luna. Luna is new I barely got her on Saturday they get along well except when brownie has a pool noodle in her mouth Luna comes and barks at brownie and then try's to bites brownie for the noodle. Then brownie gets scared and drops the noodle and runs away. So the question is do you have any tips on why Luna is acting this way?(FYI there both girls)

Sounds like that they are just playing.... seeing as how they are both females.... Perhaps one is trying to make a game with the pool noodle and wishes the other to play along...

One,they are just playing, and two,all dogs establish an order among them...for example,my neighbor's dog went and fetched a stick, and my dog simply went up and took it from him....

If you adopted Luna from an adoption center, chances are she was abused or neglected. For example, my dog Emily Marie is a pit bull/lab mix and I adopted her at four months. Because she is a pit bull she is very tough and chases/eats anything she can find. Shortly after getting her, I was sweeping off the back porch and she flipped out and ran away with her tail tucked. I had no idea what was wrong with her, but she would not come to me when I had the broom. For Christmas that year I bought her an adorable squeaky toy, and when I showed her it squeaked she ran away with her tail tucked. Emily Marie is now 8 years old and 85 lbs and is still afraid of brooms and squeaky toys. Just like humans are afraid of spiders and random things, animals can be afraid of random things, too. I don't know if Emily Marie was ever beaten by a broom, or maybe she just doesn't like the way it looks. I've asked her several times, but she has yet to answer me. =P
