It is called Tinnitus. There's a good article and remedy/cure for it found at: http://over50healthissues.blogspot.com/2010/03/common-causes-and-relief-from-tinnitus.html

Although the article was written and geared towards women and men over 50, anyone suffering from tinnitus will benefit from it.

preacher leaves change can causes it like when your on a air plan or elevator // but you should maybe go to a doc. cus it could mean your losing your hearing.. I've worked with deaf kids and was told that can happen sometimes before going deaf. go get it looked at:)

What you're experiencing is called "tinnitus", a "ringing in the ears". It's fairly common. You should talk to your doctor, though there's not a lot he (or she) will be able to do.

Tinnitus can cause it. High blood pressure also can cause it.

Could be high blood pressure. If it is going on all the time you need to see a doctor. It needs to be checked out for sure.
