What are the best fat burning foods?

have a hard stomach,but I am bloating any time I eat! thinking it is visceral fat? not sur

Whole grains it sounds gross but there are some whole grain foods that are tasty like granola bars i thinks that's whole grain

Bloating after eating is not fat. It is a digestive issue. Keep a food diary and take note of the foods you eat before you bloat. Then eliminate those foods.
