How can i sleep early?

i cant sleep before 2 am

Don't eat anything with sugar or caffeine, as it will keep you up for a long time

Decorate your room like a classroom. Or listen to a book audio. Just kidding, don't take naps - go to bed earlier - or lay down earlier - and take sleeping pills. Like Ny-Quil.

just train yourself to sleep early and your body would be able to used to it ..

Turn off electronics at 8:30, don't drink/eat sugary items before bed. No beer/alcohol. Play quiet music. Aware everyone in your house that your sleeping earlier. :) Maybe read before bed. Good luck,

I agree with this. Thats what I do lol. After the first word I fal asleep. It makes me tired after reading this question "(- -)"

* Don't nap for any more than 15-20 minutes per day. It can throw off your sleep cycle and make it harder for you to get good sleep at night.

* Avoid leaving your TV or music on overnight. If you need it to fall asleep, use the timer feature to make sure it turns off by the time you usually fall asleep.

* Try something that will make you relaxed before you go to bed that will make you sleepy. For example, taking a warm bath, reading a relaxing or even dull book or drinking a glass of warm milk. Also, the scent of lavender will calm you down and may make you feel a little sleepy. If you have lavender scented body splash or perfume, you can try scenting your pillow with it.
