If you get really sore from dance what will loosen your muscles?!!?!?!?!

Stretch. Definitely stretch!!! And maybe a warm shower or bath, and stretch after that! And remember, sore muscles mean you're getting stronger! Though make sure that it is "good" pain, not bad pain! Hope this helped!

Hot baths are definitely good. Also stretch, when it is sore. even though it will hurt, it helps.

Stretch. When you stretch your muscles, they release a fluid or a chemical (I'm not sure which, I just know that it helps) that helps them relax more easily.

A lot of stretching before and after dancing plus warm baths & heating pads even Tylenol can help depending on how severe the pain is.
