Stretch. Definitely stretch!!! And maybe a warm shower or bath, and stretch after that! And remember, sore muscles mean you're getting stronger! Though make sure that it is "good" pain, not bad pain! Hope this helped!

Hot baths are definitely good. Also stretch, when it is sore. even though it will hurt, it helps.
