Is this legal?

my girlfriend was arrested for violating probation someone told the cops she was doing drugs she hadn't she took a drug test and came back clean she went to court and they gave her a year of house arrest for violating probation for getting arrested that night but she was proven that night and on another to not be using drugs so the arrest in the first place was wrong is this a mistrial or what

Their is more to this story then you are telling. She was put on house arrest for some other reason if your drug test came back clean. Sounds as though she violated her probation in some other way.
They would have had some sort of proof needed to put her under house arrest.
Fill us in on the rest of the story..... preferably with punctuation.

The whole story is she paralyzed a girl with a baseball bat and got attempted murder she spent two years in prison and 6 years under house arrest and probation the judge who sentenced her today was the uncle of the girl she paralyzed the police got a tip that she violated her probation they went to her house two days later at 2 in the morning and arrested her but didn't tell her why until she got bailed out while she was there she took a voluntary drug test and passed later she was asked for another and also passed so her first arrest was a false arrest since she wasn't in the Possession of drugs nor had any in her system the judge today says being arrested for the drug accusation was violating her probation but if its a false arrest to began with how is that even possible because this whole thing is about her supposedly doing drugs but has been proven innocent of that so how is this legal?

Being arrested actually does violate probation. She has a right to know why she was arrested in the first place. It wasnt because of drugs. They would have to be able to prove she had them.... or taken them.
She may want to find a good lawyer. However, all's she got was more house arrest anyway.... She is pretty lucky. She should still be in prison if you ask me or at least in a State run mental hospital for beating someone that badly.
I do not feel sorry for her but.... she does have rights. Tell her to get an attorney.

Something is off. You don't get convicted for a clean test unless she was holding? You are asking the wrong people for legal advise. Talk to a lawyer.

Something doesn't sound right. If she wasn't violating her probation, the cops wouldn't have arrested her. She must have been around people using drugs or acting high/drunk or something. I don't think you're getting the whole story from her. I think she's lying to you to make her look innocent.

The only reason she was arrested was because someone called in a said she was on drugs but she never leaves the house and they never found drugs in her system of any sort at the time she was arrested nor later in the year the whole thing was she was falsely arrested the first time and is being punished this time for something that was a mistake to began with she's never lied to me before and I can tell when people lie I'm a major in phycology it's easy to tell when people lie especially people you've been around for years
