You dont. If it was that easy NO ONE would have them. You have to keep your skin clean....but physical activity and sweating will help clean your skin from the inside out. Once you have done some heavy sweating....rinse your face if you cant wash it right away. When you wash your face... Use organic healthy products. Proactive is still suppose to be very good but it doesnt work for everyone.
They wont go away over night but you can put toothpaste on them.. it dryes them out(: Hydrogen Peroxide will dry them out too(: And just wash your face really good before you go to bed and when you wake up in the morning and you are less likely to get them(:
I heard if you put ice (NOT SALT AND ICE) on your pimple spot it will heal it up but not over night i don't know how to heal it over night but keep washing your face and every night put ice on the spot for 20-30 seconds!
A solution of one part vinegar to five parts water helps dry and heal them...smells bad for a while, but works well to cleanse bacteria and reduce the oil. Just put some on a cotton swab, and apply to a clean face. It may not heal overnight, but it will heal quickly.
Cut your face off. Just kidding. First, determine why you are getting pimples. Do you work at a fast food restaurant where food is being fried constantly? If that's the case...quit. Are you an athlete? If so consider that when you sweat and you get dirty this also may clog your pores. Avoid, at all costs, "popping" pimples. I still have scars on my face from my many attempts to eliminate my pimples using this method. Just don’t do it.
When pores are clogged your face cannot expel bacteria and other "evils". This results in your body attacking these evil doers from within creating pimples. If you are really serious consider going to a doctor. Pimples could be caused by your diet (greasy foods), the environment where you live (smog and other crap in the air) or simply because you are going through this hormonal adjustment phase. There are some antibiotics available (prescribed by your doctor) that attack the problem from the inside. I’ve seen that work great.
I use honey.... I put a drop of honey on a little dot size bandaid and put in on my face and sleep with it but thats the cheaper way to reduce redness and the size over night what works the best is an ALL natural doTERRA oil called purify its super good and gets rid of my pimples really fast just to let you know I have really sensitive skin and get lots of pimples escpecially during my period but it works sooo well ^^
First you need to know what a pimple is. It is a pore that is clogged with pus. the swelling occurs because the pore (or skin hole) is small and irritated with excessive material (pus). Getting rid of it overnight is not realistic. If it is very large (pea sized) it's practically impossible overnight. If it is small there is a slight possibility. Cleaning the surface is first. make sure there is exfoliation (gentle scrubbing), to clear a path for the exit of the junk inside. Then apply something to dry the pimple. This stiffens the pus and makes it separate from other parts of the inside of the hole, like oil. Over some time (a few days) of repeating this process it hardens and sometimes exits on its own. Sometimes it needs a little help. Don't squeeze. Just continue to scrub (gently) until it reaches the surface and practically scrapes right off. By then your skin has done it's own expulsion and there is virtually no scar. Patience is needed, patience and persistence!
The best thing to do is prevent them from occurring in the first place. Your skin is an indicator to whats going on inside your body. A diet low in carbohydrates such as sugar, grains, processed foods will begin the healing process. Also, stay away from unhealthy fats like vegetable oils and trans fats. Use olive oil and coconut oil instead. Milk can aggravate it in some people (whey protein, too). Benzoyl peroxide is the only thing worth buying for topical. I hope this helps. I've been struggling with acne for 20 years now and this regiment is the ONLY thing that cured me!!

First wash your face throughly with baking soda (it really works) Then apply an acid, such as proactive step 2, home remedy could be lemon juice or aftershave. Then apply a moisturizer such as cream but one such as the one dermatologist recommend. After wear egg shells on the spots that become red. It will clear the pimple spots. This should work well. I do not promise any miracle but it will help. Ps toothpaste will make it worse cause your face will become more red and irritated.
