Have you recently been on/used an antibiotic? Some antibiotics will permanently stain one's teeth systemically (throughout the tooth) and cannot be whiten. Over brushing/bleaching will damage the enamel/gums of the teeth, with further/greater consequences down the road. Hope this helped.
1. Go to your local dentist Your dentist can have your teeth super-whitened in less than an hour and with proper care you'll maintain your perfect white teeth for at least 1 year but the ONLY bad thing about this is? Having this done by a dentist is expensive. 2. Use an at-home teeth whitening gel kit Whitening kits basically help you get the same super-white teeth results you can get in a dentist office except? You have to use the gel kits for longer periods of time and? Placing the kits on your mouth for hours at a time may be too uncomfortable for you but overall?teeth whitening Gel kits are a real good option if you can't afford a dental procedure. 3.Use tooth whitening pens You're teeth will only get a few shades lighter with tooth whitening pens because unlike going to a dentist, using a gel kit or crest white strips? The solution used in tooth whitening pens does not stay in contact with your teeth long enough before it breaksdown to have any real major tooth whitening effects but? Tooth whitening pens should be used to help maintain your super white teeth after you've whitened them by brushing your teeth, seeing a dentist, using gel kits and/or crest white strips &?

I've tried a lot of products. The best is Listerine whitening rinse that you use for 1 minute before you brush and Colgate optic white which you brush for 2 minutes. Do this 2 times a day only. You will notice a difference in one week. Don't believe it? Take a picture of your teeth before. Do it one week. Take an after picture. Same camera, same place, same lighting. Write back if it works for you : )
It may sound gross, and it does taste weird but to get the fastest results, gargle warm vinegar for about 3-4 minutes every night. Do this for about a week. After your done it helps to chew gum or eat some grapes to get the taste out and the gum or grapes helps get excess plague off your teeth. I would recommend the grapes the most. I do this a lot. :3
take a banana peel and rub the inside of the banana peel on your teeth for a couple minuets. you will see instant results the same day. this works because you are directly applying potassium to your teeth.
Every day, before you brush your teeth, brush baking soda onto your teeth. When baking soda is covering your teeth, wash your mouth out and brush your teeth like normal. this really does help. TIP: The baking soda tastes kind of nasty, so if you want you can go to a local CVS or Walgreens, and they should have baking soda toothpastes in much better flavors. or, if the taste really doesn't bother you, you can just keep using normal baking soda. Eventually you will get used to the taste.
I've always thought that white teeth are nice to look at, but it seems that with the TV news talking heads, they all have the whitest teeth in the world. It end up I'm looking at and wondering how they got those teeth so while and miss their messages altogether! Super white teeth are not natural. I prefer the natural, off-white teeth.

Mix hydrogen peroxide and baking soda brush teeth with mixture for 2 minutes then with toothpaste then mixture again..or you can rinse mouth twice a day with hydrogen peroxide (if u don't know what hydrogen peroxide is its at any drug stores for a few bucks most houses have it) I notice a difference right after.. If you need anything else I have plenty of remedies that I have used.
Avoid ...Smoking, brown soda or coffee. Many options out there...some damage your teeth. Be careful. The best is whitening kits from your dentist. Allows gradual lightning (they have options..the 3 hr one, will say the others cause sensitivity aka hurts so bad u can't do it for over an hour...waste) Those crest strips really do work, but you have to use them all, and repeat twice a year. My dentist sells a Kit, $100 bucks! Supposed to be awesome. They also have those $400 "trays" but yikes$$ --do not use liquid peroxide. My friend works in dental and knows the nitty gritty) peroxide removes the enamel from your teeth.
1. brush your teeth for at least 2-to-5 minutes, 2-to-3 times a day 2. use a soft toothbrush and stop using medium, hard or firm toothbrushes which will actually make your teeth yellow in the long run by rubbing off the perfect white enamel on your teeth and Instead of brushing your teeth less than 2 minutes

DO NOT get your teeth whitened. Getting your teeth whitened breaks down your enamel and can lead to weak teeth. Take a strawberry, half a teaspoon of baking soda, a soft toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, mouthwash, and some hydrogen peroxide. Here are the steps (and this works it's been tested)
1. Mash up the strawberry with a fork and mix in the baking soda. 2. Dip your toothbrush in the mixture and brush your teeth with it using no toothpaste. 3. Let it sit on your teeth for 5 minutes. 4. Brush your teeth normally with toothpaste. 5. Floss. 6. Mix together a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide and a tablespoon of water. Rinse for 1 minute. 7. Rinse with mouthwash for 1 minute and your teeth will be gleaming and stain free.
