Pure light is not warm at all - the light from stars is very cold indeed. When infrared radiation accompanies the visible light, that is absorbed by our bodies and registers as warmth. The radiations from the Sun are ALL very cold until they impact our atmosphere, which is when the infrared vibrations make their presence felt as warmth. Electricity is also cold. When it passes through a resistance, then it heats up the circuit - which is what we feel. The only sensation electricity will give you is an electric shock if the voltage and amperage are high enough, although I doubt you would notice any heat at the time!
