What would happen if you were to take off your gloves in outer space?

SOMEONE TELL MEEEHEEEHEEEEE!

Report as

If by took off "your gloves"...you mean disengaged them from the pressurized, temperature controlled and oxygen filled space suit. Your body would instantly freeze into a gloveless Human Popsicle. All kidding aside, this is what would happen.

Well to help you i meant when you take off your space suit gloves what would happen
Report as
I gathered that...the same applies no matter what depressurizes the suit. One tiny pinhole in the suit would have the same affect. If the vacuum of space is allowed to displace the pressure in the suit, a person would be flash frozen.

Wow thats nothing compared to being ripped into spaghetti (aka, getting sucked into a black hole)
Report as
Although, both would be pretty quick I would imagine, so there is at least one positive in that it wouldn't be slow and agonizing by any means.
Report as
Yes but a black hole is so dense that the effect taken place in your death is very quick because the force of the sucking is so immense.
Report as
You would still feel the pain until you were completely ripped into spaghetti. Or at least until the ripping reaches your brain.
Report as
Its the gravity forces in the black hole. They are pushing and pulling in opposite and identical directions. In other words, once your in, no out.
Report as
Indeed, but, the moment your space suit, space ship or other interstellar means of travel is compromised by said black hole's immense gravity, you'll instantly freeze, so therefore, no pain could ever ensue from the black hole itself. The vacuum of space would kill you long before. Most likely at the Event Horizon (point of no return) of the black hole.

Your blood and any possible tissue would push SUPER HARD against your skin and bruise the whole hand, swell, and cause excruciating pains. This is the easy way to explain it, it is kind of complex the way veins, tissue, and the occasional bone moves. It will feel like your hand is going to explode as well.

tianahello

They would freeze off or most likely explode. Because the temperature in space can be -100 to like -1000 degrees (or colder I'm guessing). And outer space is a vacuum, making it more plausible for your blood to boil, then therefore possibly "blowing up" your hands.

You would blow up or freeze if any of your skin contacts outer space's emptiness. Let's just put it this way: YOU WOULD DIE.
