How to lose your thigh?
any tips that I can lose in a month thanks?!(:
....now WHERE did I put that thigh.........(hope I can find it before the end of a month)......
I've started Weight Loss Yoga, really helps and it doesn't feel like I am working out!

This might just be a myth, but this is what I heard! I heard that if you tickle your thighs it makes them shed weight like nothing! I think it sounds weird but just saying what I heard!
Find the chicken within....
Squats. Increase the amount a little bit every week.
Get a pair of extra large trousers.
Lol! Do high knees. If you don't know what that is, it's where you kick you legs up like you'd do with a soccer ball and as you get better go higher and faster.
