First thing, You DON'T want to be skinny. Slim is one thing, skinny is quite another. Ugh. Anyways, just exercise and eat healthy foods. Your body will lose excess fat slowly and you will have more curves (even if you're a guy, like me).
check your weight on a scale. just exercise..wake up about 7 and go on a jog. dont eat anything before the jog only after. it helped me i lost about 12 pounds in one month. you also have to eat healthy.
