How are you? I want to help you with your question. You wanted to know ways to lose weight so here are my tips. I went to the gym daily so I exercised in some ways such as running. I changed my eating habits such as got into a diet. I monitored everything I could from carbs, calories, time length, dates, and costs. The most important part of me losing weight probably was my change of lifestyle. I became a vegan. A vegan do not eat any animal products such as meat and dairy products like milk.

Do a lot of cardio that burn fat the fastest. And develop a healthy eating habit.

2 liters of water a day. now it sounds crazy at first.. but really its not...
wake up: instead of having sugary juice or coffee, have a cold glass of water.

thirsty?: great, instead of soda or juice, a glass of water with some lemon sounds nice huh?

hungry?: before you eat a meal, drink some water, and while your eating, water would be nice and refreshing lol (also drink some water after a meal)

sleepy?: alright. have a glass of water beside your bed, sip when your thirsty. and in the morning, theres water already by your side! :D

its easy and healthy.

The $1million question. It is really simple though. Eat healthy snacks several times a day instead of a 'meal'. And walk. Maybe today it's around the block, or even to the corner, but do it! Maybe next week you venture out a few blocks,but what the hell,you were wondering what the neighbors were up to anyway, it's two blocks! Then see how fast you can walk a mile, just for fun. It really is simple. You asked... do you really WANT it????

Hello coolcat!
So in that question above you've ask for some ways to lose weight. That makes me sad to know that your not comfortable in your own skin >.< But if your really trying to lose weight then I suggest that you do not, DO NOT, use those phony baloney pills! Me and my boyfriend recently buyed Just Dance Four :p My boyfriend use to weigh 148 now hes 139, and its weird to talk about weight cause he's so damn skinny >.<

just eat less in supper,do some sports like running,skip?especially swimming.

Eat what you like throughout the day but stop eating by 7pm. Approximately 3 hrs before bed time. Drink a lot of water too. This works for me. :) I wake up feeling light and more energetic.
