I changed my eating habits such as got into a diet. I monitored everything I could from carbs, calories, time length, dates, and costs. The most important part of me losing weight probably was my change of lifestyle. I became a vegan. A vegan do not eat any animal products such as meat and dairy products like milk. The $1million question. It is really simple though. Eat healthy snacks several times a day instead of a 'meal'. And walk. Maybe today it's around the block, or even to the corner, but do it!
