What most people would find disturbing is that totalitarianism and dictatorships are not necessarily bad forms of government. Look at Iraq. They had two or more factions that hate each other but because they were kept under the thumb of Saddam Husain, they were able to co-exist. Now the question might be can we have dictators in existence and still have world peace? Sure, as long as we don't have democratic governments going in and trying to oust them from their position just because they're not a democracy. And aside from governments, look at the divide we now have with religion and that runs far deeper than politics.
All-in-all, because we have so many countries, different forms of governments and politics and cultures, I see little chance for world peace.
It's a really tough question to answer with enough details well I think there should be world peace because Nations will be at peace and that means less wars less hate and more love well thats how I see it, it depends on your point of view.
