Put a brick on it when it's cooking. Or bake it.

Use Turkey bacon. Not nearly as amazing as regular bacon, but fries flat

Yea bake it in a cookie sheet in the oven with a paper towel under it. This is also a great way to make jerky.

Try placing it in the broiler section of oven and temp around 450 or broil with close eye. Be sure to add some water in a pan underneath.

Sit on it, that should get it perfectly straight and even.

Place rack in center of oven and preheat oven to 350 at bake setting. Place bacon on an ungreased cookie sheet and place on center rack. Bake until desired doneness about 15 minutes give or take. But keep an eye on it because it will go from cooked to burned very quickly. The bacon will be flat, there will be no splatter, and the bacon grease will be readily available to collect and save for further use. It can add great flavoring to a goulash or roast, It goes well in spaghetti sauce, it can be used to make a flavorful mayonnaise or vinegarrette, the applications are endless!

Use a bacon press!

I like to use a countertop grill (like a George Foreman grill) - cooks the bacon fast, keeps it flat, and theres no grease splatter all over. Also the regular oven works good, and some people cook it in the microwave between sheets of paper towel.
