If your friends think that you should change and be less 'loud' should you do it?

I personally believe that I don't want to change myself for anyone to like me more, but its my friends and surely they are trying to help me but I don't want to change who I have been for years. (And by loud I mean less aggressive, which I do in a friendly way, and to be more quiet but I've spent years being quiet). What should I do?

No, it's who you are. Sure, maybe sometimes you need to calm down at times, but to change altogether?--no. if the can't accept that then they don't deserve your friendship.

Be yourself if your friends don't respect who you are than they are not your friends. Or at least from what you say is bothering them is not a real problem. Different situations call for different needs.

Your friends aren't good friends if they want to change you. Be who you are. I'm loud all the time and my friends love my craziness. It's who you are. I hope you found this helpful. :)

Don't change yourself. Your friends have no right to tell you to change, so you don't have to do it.
