I have an appointment in 3 days for acupuncture to quit smoking should I wait to quit smoking.can i quit a couple days before my appointment

I'd stop in general....dont wait a couple days before just do it!!!! I KNOW YOU CANT DO IT! =)

first of all, u shouldnt have started in the first place secondly quit right now! that's what i would do but im to young for it anyway! :) GOODLUCK! :)
