NO, it's all processed "meats" loaded with antibiotics & disgusting additives. The cheeses are not natural, they're full of added hormones, etc. The bread is terrible for you with all kinds of added preservatives and crap. It's pretty bad but not as bad as McDonalds & BK.
In my opinion, did anyone follow Jared around for the year he claims he only ate Subway every day of that year and lost all his weight? I don't believe the story. If you like processed meat, you will like Subway. On the healthier side of things, I think you are better off eating there than other fast food places.
from what I've heard, it depends on what you will order! it's without a doubt healthier or "better" than McDonald's or Wendy's etc but if you add bacon, and all those kind of things it will then become unhealthy. you just have to be careful! (: check their nutrition chart.
