I think that they are both important. School teaches you skills, like able to meet deadlines on assignments, and to follow instructions, and social skills. Education is also very important because this teaches you the knowledge you will need to get a job, and to just function.

School is pretty useless if you aren't learning anything, and not everything you should know is taught in school.I say an education.

That depends on your motivation. Getting a good job is so difficult these days, you should grab anything suitable with both hands. THEN continue your education at night class or by correspondence courses until you achieve the academic standard you are capable of. You will have, on average, three different careers over your lifetime, so continuing education is essential WHATEVER you do now. Twenty years ago I would have said to stay at college, but now PhDs are graduating and going straight onto the dole queue! If a good job comes along, TAKE IT!!!

Both - If you're not educated you don't get a job - if you have job and don't have education, you'll be asking what the numbers mean...

It is directly proportional to each other. Better education better jobs. So education first. If you are well qualified and educated you will naturally get good jobs.

I don't think one is more important than the other because there to many other variables involved to say. There is a huge difference between "a job" and "a career".

No question about it ... Not every one has a support system in place to be able to pursue a career by pursuing a higher level of education. Everyone has to eat. Importance is directly proportionate to circumstance.

Whatever lands you a paycheck in your bank account is what matters.A lot depends on individual and economy. If someone is skilled with their hands or trade they don't need education.A person who is more academically inclined and wishes to pursue career in it then without education he cant move further.

Here I would like to mention one best Quote "LEARN TO EARN" & "ENTER TO LEARN AND LEAVE TO EARN".

If you are an educated person, and you gain knowledge that's mean you are expert in the field, and an expert person never fail in the life.

Now a days many people ask that they got education but not getting any job. This is my personal experience if you have knowledge and you are expert in your field you you can earn from any where any time.
