VET ASAP. Considering how much antibiotic is in the usual adult human prescription bottle and the weight of an average puppy, it probably won't be life-threatening. But definitely get your puppy to the vet ASAP. Some human antibiotics can interact with foods that dogs eat and have bad results. And some antibiotics take a very long time to get out of a dog's system, so you may have to watch your puppy for a couple months.

Get to a vet immediately! S/he could die or get really sick and if u don't go, you'll find yourself looking for a new puppy O_o

You will learn the hard lesson of keeping medications out of the reach of children and pets. In the interim, follow pooch with a roll of paper towels. It's gonna be a real mess.

Any overdose is not a healthy start. Try to keep the puppy calm and take him to the vet. If not available, Please call your vet. Unless you know how to induce vomiting on your puppy, he/she needs some help.
