I just started running and doing sit ups and things like that. My legs are so sore I can barely walk. Will this stop soon?
I never really did alot of running. but I kinda wanna drop a few pounds for summer so i started walking, running, sit ups and push ups. my legs are so sore I can't barely roll over in bed or sit down. will this stop? or will I have to stop exersizing? please help! thank u!
