I don't know what Jesus would do, but I would look at his entire record to ensure that this was his first offence. If it wasn't... no. If it was... maybe but this would be largely do to the job description-- if he is handling any finances or security shut the door-- if it's a job in another capacity maybe feel this person out and ask MANY questions and MAYBE give them a chance. We all make mistakes especially in a bad economy but if it costs the company it just isn't worth it.
Do you think he paid his dues?? Do you think he is trust worthy? I personally believe EVERYONE deserves a second chance. People make mistakes... People pay their dues. If you think you can trust him.... then why not.
I would, i watched my mom get turned down so many times because of here one record and it hurt to see here suffer like that. and she really was trying to be a better person. yes i would give him a chance look at all the dumb crap iv done and jesus still loved me, i mean its a promise in the bible
It depends on what the job is....law abiding people get turned down for jobs all the time for really silly reasons so I don't think it is bad to decide a job isn't right for someone who chose armed robbery as a way to make an income.
Yes I do. You can really change a persons outlook upon Christ by showing the Love of Christ in you by doing so. There are millions of people out there that become mighty men/women of God because someone gave them a chance by showing they cared and was willing to take a chance in trusting them.
Depends on the job. I wouldnt give him any access to money or other sensitive info or leave him alone were anything of value is but if he'll be working with others during daylight hours then give him a chance.
