How can I stop eating so much!?!?
Hi I am 14 and I love food. I hate my thighs and im trying to loose fat from there and from my belly.I try to keep my portions decent & to not snack alot, but I can't help it. even sometimes im not hungry but I eat because im bored. I try to workout but I don't know what kind of exercises to do for that. And tips to stop snacking all the time PLZ HELP
