How do I get back to my last question re PC and Cyberlink?

I carried out instructions to restart IE on my computer but now require to speak to the qualified person again

All you need to do is to launch Internet Explorer on your PC. Once the browser pops up, go to the 'Favorites Centre' button and click on the 'History' option. You will be able to view the last page with the question by clicking on the URL.
