If i Deactivate my Facebook Account can I start it back up at a later time

how do I do this

Yes you can.Just type the same email address and the same password and click on login.......It works.it worked for my friend( about 6 months ago)but i am not sure if the settings are changed!

Yes, just re-log back in as you usually would and then it will reactivate it for you! (:
