You must try to think positive and have happy thoughts ! Talk to an adult about it and you will feel better . They're is a lot of mean people ou t there and you don't want to be one of them . Smile , and greet everyone with happiness ! Treat everyone with kindness and it will pay off . You'll find in time , that you are no longer mean , but have turned into a great nice person that people like .

There are some people in my class that I can't stand but, I'm still nice to them. Just try to be nice to everyone no matter how hard it is. but if your just mean to everyone. you should talk to an adult about it.
How frequent are your bowel movements? You would be surprised to know that being constipated can greatly affect ur mood causing u to become very irritable and treating others poorly. My pooh made me to it. U should be doing number2 every day. If not then increase ur fiber intake.
Most psychologists say it takes about 27 days to leave a habit, and it takes about 5 days to replace a habit, So... try to smile a lot, and help people as much as u can. Look at life differently, be positive.
Only you can choose to act good or act badly. Practice acting good and you'll notice a dramatic change in your life. If this does not work it is time to see your doctor. There are some conditions that talking it out with someone or taking a medication may help. You are not alone in this many people act this way but it is not good for you or others. I will pray for you!
probably because you have faced someone in the past that was mean to you or didnt treat you fairly or right as a person and you been holding up a guard against people coming in and out of your life and effecting you as a person your emotions and life you got tired of trying and giving people that option to bring you down you grew some strength to where enough was enough and learned that now you have a voice that can speak for itself when someone hurts or try to bring you down you stop it before they can ever think about doing it to you or again its good to stick up for yourself and not to trust everyone but you gotta open your heart and see that not all people are like that maybe. you haven't found the person that makes you believe in good people yet like you haven't found that person who treats you the way you would like to be treated i feel if you make yourself and you focus more on yourself and the people who matter the most like family and someone whose always been there you will find your way to opening up to people once you get happy and getting to the point where other people wont affect your happiness you find something and do stuff everyday that makes you happy and thats gets your mind off the people who doesnt make you happy or pisses you off.
