Gotta have cars Cars for the boys. Lol, Baby dolls like the baby ones with the bottles, and maybe some.... I can't think of anymore but NOTHING WITH SMALL PARTS; small enough for the younger kids to fit into their mouths.
if possible try and get 1 or 2 tablets with educational games on it food 1 or 2 percent milk lactate free for sure a swing set and padding on the floor and a small seat for the toilet so they don't fall in
dry marker boards and markers. crayons, coloring books, really good outside play ground equipment. Huge area for indoor play for when they can't go outside. And lots of board games - You do realize that there is a huge difference in ages and you will need to separate the ages you have listed into at least 5 groups? infants , toddlers , preschool, k-3 and 4-6 grade
for newborn to 2 yrs: Blocks, large Lego, and stuffed animals. 3 to 6 yrs: colouring books, Barbies for girls, action figures for boys, play dough. 7 to 10 yrs: toy cars, paper and pencils, scissors, glue, tape. Since it is such a big gap, I suggest that you keep the 10 y/o away from the toddlers and vice versa just because of safety. Maybe divide them into age groups.
