I have blonde hair and used a new shade that turned it a greyish blue, what can I do to get back to my platinum blonde?

Blonde (kind of yellow), shoulder length hair, used L'oreal paris 02 Extra Light Natural Light Natural Blonde (never used this color before), colored hair many many times before.

The gray-blue color is fro the toner that is supposed to keep the bleached hair from looking reddish. You may have left it on too long. Go to a beauty supply store or better drugstore and buy a packet of Clairol Lightening Booster powder. In a little dessert bowl mix 1/2 the packet with a big squeeze of your favorite shampoo. Wet your hair , squeeze out the excess water, towel it damp. Then comb the shampoo-powder mix through your hair. Let it sit 10 minutes then wash it out with LOTS of water.

Yeah, you have to bleach it. Hope it doesn't damage your hair too much.

platinum is actually kind of greyish white high-lift color that has a subtle,almost imperceptible bluish undertone. i'm only telling you this so you can avoid any color/name confusion in the future. the other responder was right when they told you about the shampoo cap, it's the best way to correct this. best of luck.
