Questions about how to lose 2 pounds a weeks?
So I tried to go vegetarian because vegetarians seem very healthy but I just cant I love meat too much, but I was only going to cut out bad meats when fried or something like that, and don't eat sweets, or any greasy food. Also only drink water, exercise every day by doing 130 crunches, 60 lunges, 40 squats, jog in place for 10 minutes and hula looping for 5 minutes. Does this sound okay? but have at least 2 break days.
