Coke, as in Cocaine, is staggeringly bad for you, but i think you mean Coca-Cola. Coca Cola is also bad for you, by raising blood sugar that can lead to type II diabetes, eating away at the enamel on your teeth, and providing no nutrients but lots of sugar to make you nice and fat. I would say only have 1 coke a day, and never more, and drink it all at once, as people who sips coke all day are constantly putting their teeth awash in sugar water and causing decay quickly.
Yes, Soda pop are bad excessive drinking can cause anxiety and or stomach issues for soda increase ur heart rate ur acid levels and harms ur bones and deprives u from most nutrients, leading to acid reflux and GERD or Panic attacks, many ppl die and are rushed into ER for over drinking E'drinks and Sodas (panic and overworked heart). others lose teeth and hair. from the caffeine stress. It happen to me. Not the hair part. but Some ppl claim if u spill a energy drinks on cement it chews through slowly. I want to test this myth but Im afraid if I buy a can i may drink it. Any and all carbonated drinks/ caffeine are not intended for children and pre-teens with mental or physical illnesses.Increase the risk of seizures and Panic leading to coma and death.
