Will doing ab workouts mess with my development?
I want to start doing ab workouts this summer or sooner, but I know that I'm pretty young and that my body isn't done developing and if me trying to lose weight make it where I wont gain weight or grow in the places that are supposed too? This may seem like I dumb question, but I was just wondering. Because my mom says I need the fat to grow, but I honestly don't want it there. So yeah.
