Why does my heart hurt? Read details

I'm 15, yesterday I got really sad, upset, and stressed. I was having a hard time breathing, was shaking, stomach hurt, heart seemed 3 times faster and hurt. why was it hurting? I don't have anger problems

The stress and anger made your heart hurt. You probably didnt think you were angry but you also said you were upset. You are holding your feelings inside. That is never a good thing. Even if all's you do is cry, it will help relieve some of that stress. Going for a walk or for a jog will also help. Actually, allowing yourself to show your anger would help as long as you are in control of yourself.

Was there possibly a reason why you got over stressed? Parent problems, bad relationship, bad day at work, overworking yourself? It could have just been a bunch of small things that have been building up inside of you and you just finally bursted. Maybe try talking to the things that have been bothering you.. Or it could have been what CJkenkel said as well.

Sure. It's just problems I never thought I'd have. After one incident I thought it would make me stronger but it did the opposite lol..

No one really expects what happened to them. You can just never prepare for it. Just try your best to get through it and move on. I'm sure you have a friend you can talk to about anything. That'll calm you down. You may not feel strong now, but when you look back, you'll see how it has made you stronger. Just try and make the best of what you have.

Ceeve, unfortunately.. Life doesn't work that way all of the time. Life is like a rollercoast, there'll always be ups and downs, you just have to make the most of it. End of a relationship? You'll find someone else and for what it was, it was good. Loss of a family member or friend? Just cherish what time you had with them, keep them close to your heart and know they're looking down on you. Etc. Just please try and find the most happiness, don't let the stress build and build, because it'll only get worse that way.

You may have asthma. Asthma can flare up during stressful or emotional situations causing chest pain and difficulty breathing. You should mention it to your doctor.
