Why am i losing weight if i eat the right amount of food and don't do much exercise?

I've been to the doctors but she told me to come back in two weeks to see if i'm losing more weight and i'm really skinning now and scared i'll lose more even when i eat a lot of junk :(

You might be having trouble with your thyroid. An over active or under active thyroid can cause your weight to change drastically. Be sure you continue to see your doctor because thyroid issues can be deadly if untreated.

There can be several reasons, including stress. If you are stressing about something, try to do some meditation, or other relaxing therapies.

Hmmm.....I don't know. I'd give you some extra weight if I could. I started working out about six weeks ago and have lost 1 whole pound.

You body burns 2000 calories a day just by living so if you eat less that that a day you will loose weight.

Try eating more foods that are actually healthy.

um excuse me i am eating healthy food and normal food and if you want to eat more healthy then piss of because i'm trying to figure our why i'm losing weight not trying to put on weight
