How can I sleep better?
Sp right now, I can't sleep. I have school tomorrow and I get up at 6:45am. I was support to be a sleep at 10:00pm, but I just couldn't go back to sleep. I toss and turn. I do go to sleep, but I wake up around 3 or 4am and have a harder time going back to sleep and I get tired. How much sleep should a college student should get?
I end up getting 6-7hours a sleep or hours.
