What could a bulby white sac be after a period of 3 days?

I had a period that was late 4 days and out of the know where I started. 3 days into period I wake up to use restroom and when I see into the toilet a white bulb sac falls in. What could it be? Is it normal?

It is not normal to have a white bulb sac fall after your periods. However, after periods, you should expect vaginal discharge that is usually brown in color. This is caused by endometrial tissues that get erupted after the periods. You need to see a doctor as that may be a cause of yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis.
